Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 7 day Hassle Free Return policy.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof ofpurchase.

Once the Order is picked up from your doorstep, we shall dispatch the exchange Item as per your requirement from our warehouse. Please allow us atleast 4-7 days to deliver the exchange product at your doorstep.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 4-7 days of receiving your order.
    • You can reach our customer service team at feedback@foryourself.in, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with further instructions for the return process.
    • Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package containing the returned item(s).

           

  3. Packaging and Shipping:
    1. Ensure that the item(s) being returned are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Inspection and Processing:
    • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition of the product(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
    • Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly once the returned item(s) pass inspection.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Unused and Unaltered Condition:
    • The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
    • Any alteration or damage to the product(s) may result in a partial or complete denial of the return.
  2. Return Window:
    • Returns must be requested within 4-7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  4. Proof of Purchase:
    • A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided for all return requests.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Timelines:

  1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping time is 4-7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Saturday excluding holidays).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours. The refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
